Recent Meetings Tonight is the Big 12 opener for both the Aggies and Cowboys from Stillwater, Oklahoma. This will be a battle of offense versus defense tonight. Texas A&M comes in with the number 10 ranked defense in the Nation allowing only 255 yards a game and are 4th against the run allowing only 69 yards a game on the ground. This will be the Aggies first road game of the season. They will face a very potent offense in Oklahoma State. The Cowboys are number 1 in the Nation averaging 596 yards a game. They are led by QB Brandon Weeden who has thrown 11 touchdowns this season which ranks 2nd in the NCAA. They also have the 10th leading rusher in the Nation in Kendall Hunter who has 473 yards rushing in 3 games. The public is all over Oklahoma State right now and I’m going to have to agree with them on this one. The Aggies are 1-6 ATS in their last 7 Thursday games and the Cowboys are 11-4 ATS in their last 15 as a home favorite. Take the Pokes.
