The point spread for Thursday Night’s ESPN game between the NC State Wolfpack and Cincinnati Bearcats opened up at -8 in favor of Cincinnati at Bodog Sportsbook on Monday afternoon. The line has inched down to 7.5 as of Wednesday morning. Bodog hasn’t released a total, but most books have it set at 59.5. Right now, 71% of the betting public are on the Bearcats. To help you better decide who to bet, take a look at these trends for tonight.

Under is 6-2-1 in Wolfpack last 9 games as a road underdog of 3.5-10.0.
Over is 4-1 in Bearcats last 5 games after scoring more than 40 points in their previous game.
Under is 4-1 in Bearcats last 5 vs. a team with a winning record.
My Prediction: This game should be a battle of the quarterbacks for these 2-1 teams. NC State’s Mike Glennon and Cincy’s Zach Collaros have a combined 15 touchdowns to only 1 interception. Both teams have really only played one ‘tough’ game each and both lost. NC State dominated Cincinnati last year in Raleigh holding the Bearcats from going inside the 30 yard line until the final minute of the game. NC State is a legit contender for the ACC Title and I think their defense will be the key to slowing down Cincinnati. Take the points.
NC State +7.5
