The point spread for Friday Night’s ESPN game between the Central Florida Knights and BYU Cougars opened up at -3 in favor of BYU at Bovada Sportsbook on Monday afternoon. The line has not moved as of Wednesday afternoon. Bovada hasn’t released a total yet, but most places have it at 43.5. Right now, 65% of the betting public is on BYU and 95% are on the under. To help you better decide who to bet, take a look at these trends for tonight.

Knights are 13-3 ATS in their last 16 road games.

Knights are 12-3-1 ATS vs. a team with a losing record.

Cougars are 5-2 ATS in their last 7 games following a SU loss of more than 20 points.

Over is 4-1 in Cougars last 5 games as a home favorite.

Over is 4-1 in Cougars last 5 home games.

My Prediction: BYU tries to rebound from a horrible home loss to rival Utah. The Cougars were beat 54-10. Utah racked up 242 yards on the ground. Central Florida is a very good running team, ranked 23rd in the nation. The Knights also boast a very good defense allowing only 6.7 points a game so far while BYU is only averaging 13.3 points a game. This should be a low scoring close contest so I’ll take the points.

Central Florida +3
