Payouts can be a bit tricky so we thought we'd dedicate a page that you can view to get familiar with how horse betting payoffs work.

We'll first list the odds followed by the payoff based on a $2.00 risk (bet). Please note that in horse betting, winning pay-outs include both the amount that you risked as well as the profits from the wager.

Hopefully you can see how this progresses. From 11-1 and up, it could be said that you can figure out the odds by multiplying the odds (x2) and adding $2.00 to the bet to come out with the payout.
