The 2011 Kentucky Derby field is a little bit more wide open now that early favorite Uncle Mo has been scratched. Trainer Todd Pletcher's other horse Stay Thirsty is being ridden by one of the best jockeys in Ramon Dominguez. I like the payoff on this horse. You can't count out Calvin Borel who is riding Twice the Appeal and we'll throw in Mucho Macho Man who everyone seems to think is a darkhorse. With that in mind here are our top four selections for the 2011 Derby - with our top two value plays being Stay Thirsty and Twice the Appeal.
