Thursday: Upset Special Time
YTD 3-12 (-140 units)
Troy State +12 (-105) vs Missouri 5 units Troy State ML +375 vs Missouri 6 units wins 23 units Not very logical to put more money on the ML than the pts, but I may come back later and add a decent wager on the spread. The bottomline is there is talent at Troy State that most people in the US do not know about. They are a sleeping giant and may surprise alot of people tonight. They have enough experienced players to hang with the likes of Missouri. Yes Brad Smith is by far the best player on the field, but I see the Men of Troy controlling his big plays and winning a dogfight in the fourth quarter.

I' m thinking Troy St. as well since they held Marshall to 177 yds total, and Mizzu allowed Arkansas St. to score 20 pts & over 400 yds. total offense. Its a tough call. I think I might lay off this one, but I can certainly see why your thinking of taking Troy. Good Luck.

Monster Play!!! I was one of the dummies who bet on Missouri. I guess you have to bet on talent not hype. Hopefully this will be a learning experience for me. Once again, GREAT PLAY!!!

Troy St has no talent.....my God man..they barely beat Marshall! Are you going to tell me Marshall is loaded with talent everyone seems to ignore?!?! Congrats on your win....but Troy St isn't in the same universe as Missouri! I took Missouri...and I will take them again against this pitiful team evertime they play them!!!

Thank you everyone. It was a bold move and I have to admit I was a little bit worried down 14-0. But the crowd just stayed energized the whole time and the defense turned it up a notch.
Rotho-I don't about your statements I think the better team won. Yes if they played in Missouri the Tigers would probably win, but I think the better team was victorious tonight. Leak scared me in the third quarter, but finally made a good pass. That nasty defense was the reason why the men of Troy will able to pull out that win.
