Your post not going to fly by me Don, You post over in the Service Forum for months and then post this in General Forum. I dont think so. Kind of a cheap way of doing advertising. Yeah right, still no emails url's allowed in this forum. I dont care if it is asking advice. We do not allow Emails or Url's that is the rule.

If your post was on the up and up. I cant tell you that you only have 2 choses.
1. If you want to sue them, then you have to go to there state to do it, you cant file lawsuit of this kind in your state, you cant make them show up and even if you would get a judge in your state to rule in your favor there is no way to collect. 2. File a complain with the state that the service is in, with that's state's Attorney General's office. You can go online and find the websites for each state.
