1. $5,000 Pick 4 Bonus Prize Pool

• All Players who hit the Late Pick 4 at Del Mar that pays $500 or more for a $1 bet will earn one (1) share of the $5,000 prize pool.
• All Players who hit the Late Pick 4 at Saratoga that pays $500 or more for a $1 bet will earn one (1) share of the $5,000 prize pool.
• Limit two (2) shares per player. Only Saturday Late Pick 4s are eligible.
• In the event no Players hit a Late Pick 4 that pays $500 or more for a $1 bet, the $5,000 prize pool will not be awarded.
• Players may play a Late Pick 4 ticket for a $0.50 minimum, if available.

2. 2011 Kentucky Derby Tickets

• All Players who hit a Late Pick 4 at Del Mar that pays less than $500 for a $1 bet will earn one (1) entry into a random drawing for two (2) tickets to the 2011 Kentucky Derby.
• All Players who hit a Late Pick 4 at Saratoga that pays less than $500 for a $1 bet will earn one (1) entry into a random drawing for two (2) tickets to the 2011 Kentucky Derby.
• Limit two (2) entries per player. Only Saturday Late Pick 4s are eligible.
• In the event the Late Pick 4 at both tracks pays $500 or more for a $1 bet, the Kentucky Derby tickets will not be awarded.

Official Contest Rules:

• This contest is open only to TwinSpires and Youbet.com Players.
• Wagers must be made through a TwinSpires or Youbet.com wagering account or with a No Purchase Necessary entry.
• Contest dates are July 24, July 31, August 7, August 14, August 21, August 28, and September 4, 2010.
• Only the Late Pick 4 on the last four races at Del Mar is eligible for contest play.
• Only the Late Pick 4 on the last four races at Saratoga is eligible for contest play.
• If a Pick 4 is not held on the last four races at a given track, the Late Pick 4 will be considered the last Pick 4 carded on the program.
• Contest wagers placed on any Pick 4, other than those stated above, will not qualify to win a prize.
