Shaq is on board for 5 yrs/
Haslem is resigned
D Jones is resigned
Mourning is resigned
they get Antoine Walker
they get James Posey....shut down guy and decent scorer.
they get J Williams....to add depth behind D Jones/D Wade

they lose Butler and E Jones.

So....as long as Shaq is healthy...I see the title in Miami come this time next year and Shaq can RUB IT IN KOBES FACE LOL!!
