milw and pitt are essentially the same shit...good pitching/defense....but no hittiing. Mesa been good to them for the $. milw got a sick bullpen.

my point is if either of those teams....the brewers or the pirates (moreso the brewers)...get a big hitter or 2....they could make a run at the wild card. They got the arms to get them...and george steinbrenners luxury tax money to spend on them. will never hppen though, but its a shame.


...if the cubs were smart they would trade prior and wood and keep zambrano. they wiill destroy prior and wood bc they are terrible pitching coaches. if prior and wood were on oakland or atlanta or florida, they would already have had 20 win seasons (prior won 18 once). at least by trading them they could get someone marquee.

Heading to State College for the Purdue game this fall. Went last year too....good time...at least it was for me...PU finally beat those Lions.
