Question about the total line

Here is my concern.

Let say the line is over/under 176pts Team A against Team B

I pick over176

At the end of the 4th quarter game tie 84-84 (therefore under 176) After OT A wins against B 98-94 (therefore over 176)

Do I win my wager due to overtime ? Or does the total lines apply only to the four quarters.

The bet is total for the game regardless of OT or not.
