Atlanta Falcons @ Philadelphia Eagles
Line: Eagles -5.5
Vick may have been a bit too fast for the Rams Defense, but he won't be able to outrun the swarming Eagles Defense. The "one-man" Falcons Offense will be overwhelmed by the powerful Philly D today and for the first time in 4 years, the Eagles will win a Conference Championship. Now, that may be due to the fact the Eagles face a team more pathetic than themselves. Truthfully though, Philly does have a significant amount of talent on both sides of the ball. With a healthy Westbrook, they'll have a workable Running game again. Also, a complete domination of Minny last week will gibe the Birds the confidence to beat Atlanta, even without T.O. in the lineup.

New England @ Pittsburgh
Line: Patriots -3
It's not often we see the #1 Seed, who has lost but 1 game all season, as an Underdog, especially at Home where they are 9-0. But that is precisely the situation the Steelers sit in for tonight's rematch. Big Ben has never been in this type of game. Sure, he played in a MAC Championship during his Sr year at Miami, O, but that's no where close to being the same. He's in the Major League's now. On the plus side, Roethlisberger is surrounded by a talented Receiving Corps, which has helped him tremendously. Hold on a sec, so was that other guy, what's his name? Oh yeah, Peyton Manning, and we all know what happened to the White Ponies during the blizzard in Foxboro. No other team in the NFL has better talent at the Receiving positions, yet the Patriots held them down and proceeded to pummel them. That tells me one thing, the Black & Gold should expect to be grounded at Heinz Field tonight. However, that may prove to be a benefit since they own 2 very talented RB's in Bettis and Staley. The Steelers possess one of the most effective Running Attacks in the league, and the 2 runners come at opposing D's with 2 different styles. Staley has speed with a nose for finding the gap, while Bettis prefers to run right up the middle and bowl the defenders over. If Pittsburgh can get their ground assault going and their Defense rushes Brady just enough to throw off his rhythm, they'll win. Unfortunately, the Patriots, with Tom Brady, and now Corey Dillon, are nearly unbeatable in Postseason play and there's a good reason. They seem to find extra reserves inside themselves this time of the year. They can, and have pulled off some miraculous plays in the Playoffs. It can be very costly picking against NE, anytime of the year, but especially now. But come on, an undefeated Home team getting 3??!!
