Not quite sure on the Navy game...my book has it at 39..The weather is really bad with wind gust up to 30-40 mph..Both running teams, I may lead toward the under.

N.Ill /Troy game I love the OVER in this one..2 small schools both pulling out all the stops to win this game,I see them turning loose everything in the playbook.
