Boston College, 5-5 against the spread, comes off of a big loss to Syracuse in the season finale, but Paul Peterson, who broke his right hand back on Nov. 20 after racking up 2358 passing yards, will play. BC also sports a solid defense allowing just 16 points a game and held opponents to 10 or fewer points four times. The Tar Heels, 7-3 against the spread, have a decent running game and will be playing in their home state. The local fans will show for this surprise bowl appearance. Combine all these facts and I am ging with.....
