Last week 3-5
Last 5 weeks 25-12
Anyway, most of these early games are actually more interesting to watch than to bet on today (Balt/Pitt, Hou/Jax, SD/Indy) as they all potentially play a huge part in determining who goes to the AFC playoffs and what position they will be seeded.
2 games that stood out to me as good plays though at 1:00
Cincinnati Bengals -5.5
NFC team vs AFC team....not to mention the AFC team is at home and is less than a 7 pt favorite? LMFAO. DO NOT be fooled by the ass whipping Cincinnati took at the hands of Buffalo last week. I doubt the Giants could beat Buffalo's 2nd string. Bottom line is that Cincinnati is a far better team than the NYG and should win this game SU, so lay the -5.5.
Detroit Lions -6
Chicago is 0-5 without Urlacher now and he's out for the season, which means he sure won't be playing today. Chicago also has some other issues on defense, mainly at the DB position. Chicago must win games with defense and I doubt that they can do it with the defensive team they will be fielding today.
I like what I saw out of Detroit last week against Minnesota and I think they will take this chance today to pick up a win at home and try to get a good feeling going heading into next year (when does this become overly-redundant for the Lions, LMAO).
Anyway, bottom line for me is that I doubt Chicago's offense will do jack shit on the road against a pretty good Detroit defense, and Harrington and co should be able to put up at least enough pts to get the win and cover.
