I don't if it's just me an my horrible capping abilites, but I find that the totals in games can usually be more reliable to you. Does anyone else stictly play totals, or play totals more than spreads?
Is it a better way to bet on basketball is essentially what I am trying to ask you guys...

I Basically make a killing on 2h totals..and Spreads....
My account has Been steadidly growing from Just playing
2h Totals or ATS..
Here's some Trends to Keep track of...
Follow it and see their record..
***When a team total is Set at 200 or Higher.. It usually Goes over for the 1h... *****
****and when the total is set at around 200 - 205.. it Usually covers for the game, a lot ...******
****When a 2 teams Score consistenly during the first Half, they usally cover on the Over on the second half***
example.. Say Miami and the Kings are Playing and each teams scores 25 points a quarter without One team Scoring like 35 and the other scoring 15, then they most likely might keep up the steady scoring... and make it an over on the 2h....
Especially if the score is tie or close at the Half and Both Teams have Shooters that Can and Love to shoot the 3... Rarely Should u Bet the Under with those teams...
Those are Just a few of the Trends that I've payed attention too.. There are more but too much to write....
Pay attention and u'll see some trends that Pay off nicely..
The Name of the Game is Money...
Treat this like a Business and Dont Make Plays Unless your 80% in your mind that it's a Good Value...
Yeah..You may not Be the Best Capper.. But Follow and Keep Track of Trends and U will be okay..
ALL I've Done is Played Trends...
--------------
Also.. When U cap Games.. Write Down Why U picked a Side over the Other.. Follow Your Thought Processes... and Review your Picks and Your Write-ups (WIN or LOSE) to see if Your On track on What You Focus or Place Importance on...
Do that everynight.. Even if U actually play the picks or not...
OverTime.. U'll get better at Paying attention to the Right Things..
But when all is said and Done.. The Most Important thing is Managing Your Account... That's where a Lot of People Sink...
My bad... Bored and Cant Sleep and Just Figured, I'd do a write up..

LoKee - thanks for your reply. Your 2nd HT totals record speaks for itself.
Could you write any more trends on playing 2nd HT totals.
I myself haven't made a big 2nd HT analysis yet but if I remember in last few days a lot of 2nd HT totals went over (no matter if 1st HT went over or under).
Also possibility of OT favors over in 2nd HT. OT happens 1 per 10 games in average.
