Local Fox Philly news already put the curse on them.
Last week they were all wearing jerseys giving their game analysis and declared it was now okay to use the "S" word because no one in the NFC had a chance to beat them.

You think they'd have learned after all the post NFC Championship depression they've endured the last 3 years.
I'd love to see them lose a 4th in a row.

Talk when someone in the NFC beats us ... then you can make fun of the Eagles all you want, thats the bottom line, we lost one game on the road to a very very good Steelers team, there should be no bad things said about the Eagles ... We have outscored our opponents 357-195 this year, I am not guaranteeing we will make it to the SuperBowl, but until someone from the NFC beats us this year, then talk all you want...

Eagles are a good team...but when will they stop choking? You say 4 straight NFC East Championships...thats fine and dandy for the regular season...but how many super bowls have they played in those L4 years? Your Eagles look great, they are undefeated against NFC opponents. But will they be the victim of another Playoff upset? I hope not....but it wouldn't surprise me...

Eagles are a good team, but they are like Buffalo... They were the NFC doormat to Super Bowl Championship. The Eagles are the NFC doormat to the Super Bowl.. I know that all the Beagles fans are putting their hope and salvation in TO and McNabb, and for the sake of the "City of brotherly hatred" I hope that philly wins one, or that city just might burn to the ground this time...

if your from Philly man, you know all the pain we go through, 3 straight NFC championship losses, FLyers losing a hearybreaker to the Lightning last year, and the Phillies continual terrible performance... You cant be a Philly fan and say you hope they lose it would just equal a depressed city that you will have to deal with everyday.. I never said they are going to make it to the Super Bowl, BUT UNTIL SOMEONE FROM THE NFC BEATS US THIS YEAR, emphasisizing this year, then we'll talk but right now I have no reason to believe we wont win the NFC, but hey stranger things have happened... EAGLES2005SB, Im not from Philly but live about an hour and half away...I am a Flyers and Phillies fan and I know how bad it hurts cause those 2 teams either choke in the playoffs or never get there but I absolutley cant stand the Eagles. I know how much pain all the Eagle fans have been going through the past few years but until they get to the Super Bowl, I think all fans should keep quiet about "their year" and all Super Bowl talk.

I have heard enough Super Bowl talk the past 3 years from you guys. Lets face it, the city of Philly is cursed. Now if Philly somehow got to the Super Bowl this year, I wouldnt mind all that much. I hate them but Im to the point where Im just like let them have their year already...

The chances of them making it are good but they havent won anything yet, NFC East titles dont mean a damn thing and there nothing to brag about, thats for sure..They might make it, they sure as hell arent winning it!!!

As for now, there making me money and im totally fine with them blowing people out!Ill be betting them till the NFC Title game till there giving 10 points to a team.
