Minnesota-3

I know Minnesota hasn't been the best road team down the stretch over the years...but this spread is just too hard to pass up...minnesota is going for a sweep of detroit for the 3rd or 4th straight year...that means playing in detroit has no effect on them....usually when minnesota struggles on the road it is because they have to go outdoors....playing in detroit means playing indoors and the vikings are as good at that at anyone in the league...i know you guys are down on the vikings after a couple late game collapses....but being a die-hard packer fan i pay close attention to the vikings...and realize the pack is lucky to be sitting with a game lead in the division right now....minnesota will look to make a statement in this game and get it back to minnesota where the real matchup is next week vs the pack for the division....they need this game too bad to screw up...the line is only at -3 cuz of minnesotas reputation for sucking on the road in december....but they never suck on the road vs detroit...atleast not over the past 3 years...any thoughts or comments on this game...i just cant see detroit keeping up with Minn...if they get behind they cant pass the ball for sh!t...and all detroit fans are calling for harringtons head...not a good situation here for detroit....pick VIKINGS-3

I have been burned by the Vikings so many times ever since that game last year in Arizona. I always take them when they're 6,7 or 8 point favorites. I agree that after two straight losses, the Vikings rebound in Detroit. If they lose this one I give up on them forever. I think its a 40 to 21 game. Culpepper might have a 4 TD game.

I'm a die hard Viking fan and they cost me 5 units 2 weeks ago vs Chicago. I just needed a win. Just look at how they made Hutchinson look, but then the real Chad showed up vs Jax. Joey may do the same vs Minny "D" can't stop anyone and Jones may run wild. I think better value else where, but what do I know about this team they win when I don't expect it and lose to teams they should just roll over. I can't pull the trigger with this "D". If I pull a trigger it will be a gun to my head.

All that may be true, but I still cannot pull the trigger on Minnesota. Not saying I would take Detroit either though. I'd just stay away all together.

The Lions are the hardest fckn team in the NFL for me to figure out. I've only been watching them for 30 yrs, and I still can't figure the fckers out. If I bet this game it will be Minny. But I'm tellin ya I've been burnt more times by my Lions than Horfin has been burnt by the Falcons!

Just a note here. Harrington will start, but he will be on a very short leash. If McMahon comes in the game will be all but over, the dude is horrible, I mean if you can't beat Harrington out for a job, YOU SUCK!
