First bet of the year in college b-ball. Last year I ended up with a total of 59% winners. No great shakes, but enough to make a profit. Hope to go a few percentage points better this year, but that's up to the b-ball gods. Tonight I like the following:
Illinois - 10 1/2 vs. Georgetown
Illinois has simply been great so far this season. This Georgetown team is not even a top 30 team. In fact, I think they're baaaaaad.
In any case, best of luck to all my fellow cappers no matter what you bet on today. But remember, it's a long season, so don't go crazy with the first few games regardless of how good they look!
