Well this could be the end as I am scraping the bottom of the piggy bank to make these plays. CBB has kicked my ass this week (as I think has been the case for most), and another bad night could mean the end of my season. :black:
Ill give these a shot and hope I can remain in the game....
Rider -8 vs. Marist
Rider is 2-1 and Marist is 2-3 so far this season. Rider is 6-2 ATS in their last 8 home games against Marist. This is Marist's fourth straight road game, losing the last two by margins of 20 and 27 to Holy Cross and Vermont. Marist's wins over Cornell and St. Bonaventure are less than impressive (I went to Cornell, they blow.) Rider is 2-0 this season at home, winning by 17 last time out against Monmouth. Rider shoots free throws well (80% thru 3 games) and doesnt turn the ball over much (ranks 11th in the country so far). I think Rider wins this one by about 12.
Auburn +10.5 @ Virginia
Both teams are coming in with identical 5-0 records The game is being played on a neutral court at VCU. Auburn lives and dies by the three pointer, and has been pretty successful so far in making the deep ball. As 7.5 point underdogs @ Temple in the season opener Auburn bombed away from three point range 41 times, making 18 of them in a 80-78 victory. They also hit 15 3's against Nicholls St. They will have to hit a good amount of threes tonight in order to have a shot to win. I think the Tigers' four guard set and strong perimiter play will create some issues for the Cavaliers. I dont think Auburn is talented enough in the frontcourt to win outright, but do have the shooting ability and confidence to keep the game within single digits.
3 team Parlay (.5 unit to win 1.2 units)
Rider ML vs. Marist
So. Miss. ML vs. NC Greensboro
Memphis ML @ Purdue
Wish me luck, I want to be around the rest of the season! GL to all tonight as well....
