I'm just going with heavy movement on a line that started as a pick so I think this line is way off. Both teams are awful, but Jackson St. is super-awful, losing by an average of over 30 points and shooting only 31% from the field. Delaware averages losing by only 21 or so and shoot at about 43% so far this year.
