The Maryland defense has played well this year and continues to improve. They are giving up 17.6 ppg, and holding high powered ACC teams to unusual numbers. Virginia Tech boasts a solid D this season as well. They are holding opponents by causing many turnovers. Turnovers which usually lead to clock being run off the clock. Look for the bad weather to only help the under. I like this game to go under 39.5 for 1 unit.
