Hello everyone.I am new to this forum and I enjoy seeing others predictions.Week 9 early leans:

stl plus 2.5 over ne.Pats are down now and cannot run the ball.Another loss is likely.Law better play or no brainer.Rams coaching is a concern.

pit plus 1 over philly.steelers too confident and too many weapons at home.TO will hurt them but who else?cannot run without westbrook, although mcnabb can run.

Do not know mnf line but indy will take min especially if moss is out. Please let me know what you think of these leans.Your input is appreciated.Later.

both those bets are pretty close, I will probably staw away from them but that's just me. The line on the colts viks game opened at colts -1 but now they have taken it off of my book for some reason, maybe don't want to post until they get word on moss' status? But I think KC over TB and the colts over viks are the plays to be on this week, but I have had a rough week or two so I could be way off, lol.

Glad to have another Steeler fan on board but can you change your name ? Sign up again with a different name. A name like that will surely jinx the team. Besides, the Steelers don't need any extra attention. GL

lets go eagles!
Gl with your picks....

The Eagles have more threats than NEw England ... Pittsburgh is going to be shellshocked by the movement of donovan mcnabb and terrell owens, the eagles offense moves the ball just as good as anyone and they will do it again this week too... Jim Johnson is going to throw a crazy blitz scheme at Ben and it is going to force mistakes .... Eagles will win playing mistake-free football and taking dvantage of pitt's miscues ... Eagles by 10 or 13

like my pal Steel said...always nice to see another Steeler fan on board....your name scares me as well....we fans of Western PA football are a little more subtle than that.....but to each his own....I aint the superstitious type....I will be in the stands at Heinz Sunday and hope to bring home a win for us....gl on your picks.....

Eaglesboy2005....I have thought since week one the Beagles have the best team in football and continue to think so....but to think they can go into Pittsburgh and blow the Steelers away by 2 td's is so homerish its almost laughable....Eagles with more weapons?? they have one weapon....McNabb to Owens....you think Johnson has more up his sleave that Belichick?? did you watch the game??....NE threw everything they had at the men of Steel and the O line stood its ground and picked up everything....while the Eags have McNabb to Owens....the Steelers have Duce, Bus, Crowd, Intense Defense, Ben to Burris, Ben to Ward, Ben to Randle El....the Beagles have no chance to run the ball so our mediocre secondary will have to step up and play well....if they do we win....if they dont we lose....

Dead, say nothing, I laughed my ass off at his post. Bellichek is TWICE as good as the eagles coaches. Want proof. hey Ealge fan, how many rings have your coaches won ??? The answer NONE!!!! I am not going to say the Steelers will win but I will say that it will be one hell of a game. The Steelers can take the number one seat if they win this week and they should come in focused and ready to go. The best statement he made was when he said that the Eagles have so many more weapons. All they have is a loud mouth wide receiver who EVERYONE hates. McNabb is a very good QB and I have always enjoyed watching him play. Its a homer post Dead and everyone that has been watching the season knows what team has been playing with big time desire. The Eagles have A LOT more to lose then the Steelers do. Remember that at the beginning of the season the Eagles and Pats were picked to meet in the Super Bowl. I don't think they are looking for that game anymore. Well at this time in the season they aren't. Keep running your mouth Eagles fans. Pittsburgh has been doing their talking on the field. I hope someone calls Owens what he is. Nothing more then a loud mouth little bitch who need a foot in his grill. Maybe Dead will take care of that problem this week. Its going to be a good game and the better team will win. GL

Dead, I am so jealous of you this week. Next year I will be going to Steelerville. That you can count on. Take care Bro

Dead and BO, I grew up a steelers fan. I believe the steelers will pull this off at home. The Eagles are a very good team but had a very hard time to win in OT to a lesser team than the Steelers. GL to you both.

welcome to the forum.

As far as your picks, great sides but i would be careful because all four teams are pretty competitive, St.Louy-Pats-Steelers-Eagles. It's a tossup i believe, when it comes to such competitve teams, but thats just my opinion. Good Luck on your picks.

Hello pro football lovers.I see the steelers winning by 3 to 7 points late in the game.I feel Ben will make some mistakes and TO will get way over 100 in rec yards but if westbrook does not go,then how will they run?Duce is hungry to fry his old employer and we have more good receivers than philly.Mcnabb is often not accurate,at least was not last year.He seems better now with To and pinkston.Final prediction: steelers 27-24.Wow what a game it will be.I like tb over kc at home for 2 reasons: Gruden and Griese. Also,tb has much much better d than kc.This is my upset special of the week. Also,I think sd is due for a reality check.I like no plus 6.5.How is this for a 3 team 10 point teaser?

pit plus 11
no plus 16.5
tb plus 13

Thanks guys and I will try to not jinx our beloved black and gold.
If you want me to change my name,I respect that.Although it feels awesome to have our best start since 1978,7 and 0.Anybody interested in trading for old steelers games on vhs? I have lots and lots.Let me know.I have over 150 from 1976 to 1989.Later gents!!

i typically tail picks in nfl as i dont cap the games but i have been capping this one....your reasoning is sound as far as the Philly running game....if they cant run....whether Westbrook is in or not....they will struggle to pull this one out....I dont see them running and if McNabb has to put the ball up 30-40 times even our soft pass d will get used to the receivers routes and cover better as the game wears on....as of last night the idiot T.O. is still fielding questions and making ignorant comments about Lewis and the Ravens so he might not be as focused as he usually is....he is a great ballplayer but what an ass....my biggest concern is that the men of steel will be overly pumped up....especially Ben and Duce....I think we will see a lot of Duce and little dink passes and screens to get them into a groove....the O line did a stellar job of picking up the NE blitzes last week and Philly aint gonna throw anything at them they didnt see from the Pat's....should give Ben just enought time to find someone open downfield when they choose to go that way....hope you are right as I will be there to see it first hand....
