PICK DAY #1

VA Tech - 5 5 Units (WIN)

Just think GT is a fraud...anyone that loses to Carolina by 21 has some issues. Will take Beamer anytime he has 2 weeks to prepare...hope 5 is not too many to give.

Comeback last night by VATech makes it 1-0 on the 19 day ride.

PICK DAY #2

Boise St -13 1st Half – 5 Units (WIN)

While Chang might get his record on yardage tonight, that is no guarantee for points at Boise. Chang has not looked good the last few weeks with his sore left shoulder, and may be missing starting RB Mike Bass. The Boise defense is just not as bad as ranked, maybe they give up a lot of yards because everyone is always playing catch up. On the other side Boise should have their way with a Hawaii defense that has been killed by injuries DE - Kila Kamakawiwo'ole –out, Linebackers Tanuvasa Moe and Ikaika Curnan – doubtful, DE Melila Purell – doubtfull, CB – Kenny Patton – Questionable. I would lay the flat 22-23 but fear the back door cover so will play the half.

Boise big win last night makes it 2 in a row.

PICK DAY#3

Tennessee/South Carolina Under 38 - 5 Units (LOSS)

Plenty of games to choose from but going to stay with just one hopefully solid selection. Flat out this game should be a defensive war, and the low total is begging people to play the over but IMO it is not near low enough. South Carolina ranks 3rd in the nation in defense allowing 11 points per game, 13th against the pass and have held 5 of 7 opponents under 10 points. Tennessee will once again be starting a freshman quarterback and both Tennesse RB's Gerald Riggs and Cedric Houston are questionable with injuries. On the other side Tennessee comes in following up their best defensive outing of the year against Alabama. USC has suffered injuries to starting QB Dondrial Pinkins and backup Syvelle Newton and may be forced to operate with the 3rd or 4th string QB. Looking for this one to stay under 30 points or less.

Pick Day #8

Memphis +14 (buy.5) - 10 Units (WIN)
Memphis ML - 1 Unit (+440) (LOSS)

Love Memphis tonight. This is a revenge game for Louisville, but I dont think they get it. No doubt in my mind Memphis can play with Louisville, they beat them 37-7 last year at UL. Early in the season Memphis thought they could run the table for the year. A no show in the first half @ UAB and a ass kickin at Cincy have taken care of that. With the opportunity for an undefeated season behind them, this will be the game Memphis tries to hang their hat on for the season. Looking for a very tight game and possible outright win by the Tigers.

Big hit on Memphis last night...congrats to those on the Tigers!

Pick Day #9

Marshall -9.5 - 5 Units (LOSS)

This game is built up as a possible conference title showdown. Akron is at home on TV in a big game which has favored the dog the last week or so. SOS clearly favors Marshall here 5-3 on the year with losses to Georgia, Ohio St, & Troy by a total of 15 points. Akron is 4-4 but losses to Penn St, Virginia and Northern Illinois by an average of 40 points. But the key difference in this game is the Marshall D is just too good and fast for the Akron offense. It should be a windy night like MiaO/Toledo game, almost eliminating the pass for Akron and letting Marshall key on the run. Don’t expect a ton of points tonight but I think Marshall covers by shutting down Akron.

Pick Day #10

USC/Oregon St Under 53 - 10 Units (WIN)

Cold wet weather will make this a difficult enviroment. Oregon will not be able to run on USC. Anderson will have to pass but I expect a short passing game to try and be efficient and not turn the ball over against the Trojans. On the other side the secondary for Oregon St will pose problems for the young receivers of USC, so I expect the Trojans to turn to the running game. Both teams will eat the clock and expect the defenses to controll the game. Think this one stays well under the number, lean towards Org St and the points but I dont bet against USC.

Texas/Oklahoma St 2H - Over 28 - 2 Units (WIN)

Pick Day #13 (...losing count!)

Toledo +7 (buy.5) - 3 Units (WIN)

Hearing NI RB is out, don't care. Toledo owns this series and is peaking at the right time. Don't think NIU can stop Gradkowski.

Good Luck Everyone!

4 in a row looking to keep it going....

Pick Day #14

TEASER TCU +30/Under 73 - 5 Units (LOSS)

On the surface I could see 100 points in this one. But the TCU defense is improving and I expect the Louisville defense which really is not that bad, to step it up after a couple poor performances. Also think TCU will try to run quite a bit to keep the Louisville offense off the field and keep the game close. Will take the big number.

Good Luck Everyone!

TCU sucks... broke my winning streak....

Pick Day #15

TEASER NCSU+13/Under 49 - 5 Units (WIN)
NCSU ML - 1 Unit (+227) (LOSS)

Big game for State to step up with their backs against the wall, they have had much success against FSU and think it can continue tonight. With the number 2 & 7 defenses in the country and some young QB's looking for this one to be a defensive battle.

Picks Day #17

Alabama/LSU Under 38 - 10 Units
#1 & 4 defenses in the country face up here and are far superior then the either banged up offense.

Wyoming +23 - 10 Units
Utah likely wins this game, but think Wyoming finds a way to give them all they can handle at home.

Wake Forest -4 - 5 Units
Tough match up for UNC. Really think they have a tough time getting up for this road game after 2 big weeks at home against Miami & Vatech. Wake has a solid defense and runs well which is the NC weakness.

Teaser Michigan St +14/Northwestern +20 - 3 Units
Still dont think we will have 6 undefeated teams. Possible for Wisky to fall today. Like Northwestern to cover this number they are playing as good as anyone inthe Big Ten right now

Minnesota -3 - 3 Units
Big home feild advantage for the Gophers. Look for Minnesota to get back on track at home.

Teaser New Mexico State +13/Air Force +1 - 4 Units
FLorida Atlantic has too many suspensions and injuries to beat anyone by 13, San Diego St is in turmoil and has folded on what was once a promising season.

Thanks Guys!

ADD: Texas -14 2H - 2 Units

Texas started out slow last week as well then turned it up a notch. KU's three scoring drives were a combined 47 yards.
