can't exactly call a team that's 5-2 and has been outscored in total points for the year as "for real". this game has a strikingly similar setting to when the Jags got torched by San Diego a few weeks ago

Jax is an outstanding team nonetheless. Who's gonna stop Fred Taylor? Special teams are better than most. Defense--awesome.
Leftwich--give him room and he'll beat you in the end. The fact remains that any team can be beaten on any given week but the jags GET THE JOB DONE overall.

p.s.
points mean a lot playing over and unders
points, however, are meaningless in the aspect you stated
Jags win games--that is why they WILL be in the playoffs
GL with your play on that.....

I don't know! THis line is very strange. Jax is a hot team, they did just get a huge win but they are beating good teams and I just think Hous being favored is strikingly odd.
However, Hous had the week off, they are at home, Leftwich is hurt (will play) and the Jags have had their problems with the Texans - the Texans won at home last year. They were shutout in Jax however, they were without D Carr and D Davis (Dave Ragone started, so c'mon)
Gotta go with what's jumpin out at me! Houston being favored!
BTW (by the way), IMO does in fact mean in my opinion.

Tough assignment for jags , on road for 3rd time in 4 weeks.
Rested houston squad after a bye.
i know there's litle info on tems after a bye..
All jags win in final minute.
They do smell like roses so far though
But Houston at home , give edge to houston
wouldn't bet on it , just my opinion

THE SCOUT

The public is on Jacksonville which showed when the line droped a little earlier in the week.
Sharp action is on Houston.
Houston should win by atleast 10+ points.
