Dont let this shit bring you down, JB said it perfectly - taking a break is ALWAYS good!! During the NFL season I play very little and enjoy doing other things, it is my break time before NCAA College Basketball.

Taking a break is good and the more frustrated you get the worse it gets and the books get to you.

I take breaks and it always helps!
