I believe the line started at Miami - 12.5 and is now at -9. Why is this line moving down if the betting is right at 50%?? Smells fishy to me.
It's moved because -9 seems to be doing a good job of splitting the action.

Most places started this line out at -15.5. Does seem fishy, but I still think Miami wins this one with little trouble even though I am a damn bird hater. -still a little bit jaded about them leaving the big east....although I think the Big East could be good again here in a few years. -Good luck tonight fellas.....and Frank...."You're my boy, Blue!"

I'm thinking they're drawing as many people to Miami as they can. Trust me, we will see heavy Miami betting later in the day at 8.5.

This is Miami's BIG SHOT for the BCS playoff. They will score BIGTIME and try to impress the voters. I hate them, but my wallet speaks for me. Louisville hasn't played anybody.

Did'nt we all learn that when the line is crashing down jump. i have to believe the line is moving because somthing down in south beach is made it to vegas and the public does not have a clue what it is.
just my take.
I have the cards tonight so we will see.:beer2:

Just like Monday night. No one could believe the Pack was only giving up 3 points at Lambeau on Monday night. Ouch, everyone got scorched there.
