NFL Overall record 32-22 (+5.75 units)
Preseason 13-5 (+7.40 units)
Reg Season 19-17 (-1.65 units)

All of these are early game plays. Will post later games...um, later, lol...

Buffalo +7 (-120)

I rambled on and on about this pick in other threads this week. Really LOVE the Bills in this spot. Something else many of you may not know....New England is 4-13 ATS in their last 17 games in which they have been favored by more than 3 pts on the road.

Bungals +5 (-110)

May be going a bit against the grain here, but I look for Cincy to show up today and keep this one close, if not win SU. Road team usually does very well in this series.

Colts -3 (-130)

Indy is IMO the best team in the AFC, and as much as i don't like playing road faves, I had to play this one, although I did buy it down to -3. I think think Indy has too much offense to hold down. I think they score 24 minimum today and doubt that Jacksonville can keep up.

Oakland/Houston over 44 (-110)

More down the field vertical passing with Collins helps an Oakland offense who has the weapons to take advantage of this, but didn't with Gannon. Houston has a knack of being able to score when they need to and hang around in games, and I believe this game will turn into a shootout at some point, with both teams easily reaching 20+ points.

Cleveland/Washington under 35.5 (-110)

I think this is going to be one boring game with alot of running, defense and punts, with both teams trying to limit the turnovers that have plagued them so far this year. A 13-10 or 16-13 final wouldn't surprise me at all.

2 team/6.5 pt teaser @ -110

Eagles -3
Packers pk

Favre never lost SU at home in a game following 2 consecutive losses, and I doubt that trend ends today.

Philly is rolling right now and while the Bears have been impressive, I doubt they can hang with the Eagles.

I am utterly disgusted.

Cincinnati should have covered +5 and the dumbasses throw an INT for a TD and fail to.

Bills should have pushed at +7 at the very least and the dumbasses fumble for a long defensive TD.

Anyone watch the Kansas St game last night on TBS? I had Kansas St +5, looking like it should be a PUSH and A&M QB unnecessarily runs for a long TD with 38 secs left when they could have just run out the clock, giving me the loss instead of a push.

Just a few examples. I have gotten exactly ZERO breaks in my favor the last few weeks, and a ton against me.

Had to vent. It's really getting bad, and it's enough to make me wanna quit all together.

Yeah i had a friend that had A&M last night and he said that even though he won he felt like he got way too lucky.
The way i look at it is eventually it will come back to you and you get the breaks.
GL man and hope your luck turns around soon.

LOL, i had Rutgers +6 yesterday too and they pulled something similar to not cover in the last minute or so...then there was Miami (OH) Wed night....it goes on and on....

I realize these things are going to go against you in sports, but how many until one goes my way? I've never seen anything like this.

Frustrating to say the least Dave....but nice to see ya back, and hope all is getting back to normal with ya...

Saints -3 2H (-125) 2 units

This gives me Saints +8 for the game, and they have had their chances but been unable to convert. Saints are historically a 2nd half team, and should get back into this one.

Miami +3 2H (+110)
Tampa Bay pk 2H (-105)

I think one of these dogs will win SU, so taking a small shot with both. Can't lose $$ if one of them wins the game, hoping they both can pull out the wins at home, as each has made a late 2nd qtr comeback after being down early...

Well this has been a tough day. 4-6-1 (-4.70 units) so far. A few breaks and I could have easily been 6-4-1 and +4 units though. Hopefully somewhere down the line those breaks catch back up with me.

In the meantime...

SF +3.5 2 units

St. Louis is not worth of laying pts on the road IMO. They stank on grass when they were a super bowl team, and they stink on grass now....as a matter of fact, they stink on any surface this year. Rams defense is very pourous and SF should be able to run the ball against them at least decently.

SF is not very good either, but they actually covered as a home dog vs Atlanta, and should do the same tonight.

Bottom line for me is that the Rams were a good fade when laying points on the road when they were a GOOD team, so I'm thinking the same should hold true tonight now that they are not a good team.

SF -½ 2H +105
SF/St. Louis over 21 2H +105

1 unit each

Just thinking a SF TD has to come at some point here...so if they score, St. Louis will either outscore them and make the over come in, or not score and SF will cover 2H....but then again, SF will probably get shut out 2 weeks in a row and I'll lose both.

Oh well.
