Hello
There are many articles with proof of optimality the Kelly’s strategy. See for example these links:

On the other hand there are many calculators (if to run search on the words “fixed-fraction betting calculators”), which show the different numbers for the optimal betting strategy.
The question is: Which fixed-fraction betting strategy is the optimal one?
Can anyone clarify this problem?
