Bookie may have a higher line but will edit if the line is different. Baltimore has a steller defense and solid running game. Ogden may not play which is a cause for concern but i do believe that the addittion of Kevin Johnson and Jim Fassel are important assets to this team. Fassel has helped mature Boller into a QB who understands his role. Johnson gives them another offensive weapon, which they are limited. Todd heap will be the best Tight end on the field tonight and may be the most underrated tight end in the nfl. He is critical to this teams success on offense and can be a huge asset to this team on third downs. Finally the D. Dont care about Deon, actually think this is more of a distraction for the team than a help right now but....ray Lewis is the best defensive player in football, and the ravens D is the best in the game. Reed, on of the best safeties, has been so impresive in his first 2 years i suspect this is a break out year for him. Add in Demps, Suggs, and Mcalister and this defense is incredible. Dont see Cleveland moving the ball much on the experienced and hyped up D of the Ravens. Garcia and Winslow will prove to be little today, nobody has been able to stomp all over that D with great success and i dont suspect a new QB in a new system will have much success either. Baltimore by 10 in this one.

Best of luck DWD. Just too many people on Baltimore for me to take that one and their offense just doens't do it for me at all, they seem to so easily get bogged down (they were only 8-7-2 ATS last year). And I think they are worse offensively this year, no passing game, no balance.

For reasons already stated, the Raiders suck. They are not much better this year than last year and their running back position has Tyrone Wheatley as the starter with Justin Fargas as the backup. THe raiders also have an offense with the average age of like 40. They would have gotten Emmitt Smith but they felt like he had to progress a little more and when he hits 45 the raiders will snag him. Ummmmm, yeah liking Pitt here.

Again the line may be different when i call the book.
Dallas has an offense that is predictable and slow. Minny is exactly the opposite. Minny should be bitter about the loss last year and should come out firing. The dallas O will not be able to make up the difference. Look for the Vikes to win by 2 touchdowns.

Looking at the over in the chiefs game. Not sold on it yet though.

At home, Gibbs era beginning, TB not nearly as good as people are expecting, the loss of Sapp opening holes for Portis. I just got off the phone with a friend at the game and says that outside of the stadium is crazy. Stadium is packed, people are hyped, and the gibbs era has officially begun. He goes to a lot of skins games and says that he has never seen people so pumped for a game. Also the skins gelled together defensively towards the end of the pre-season, and since there isnt much else to go bye except for the preseason, i guess that means some good things for this team.

Steelers blow a late 11 point lead and only win by 3. Sometimes it bounces that way i guess. Ravens didnt even show up and got ousted in cleveland. The skins looked nice today and got the solid W at home.
Vikings game pending and hoping that they can come through for me and limit the losses.
Probably gonna have a play on the late game. We will see though, if the vikes lose i may just end it for the day and look ahead to college next week.

No need for a write up, these are the chiefs. They score and cant stop anyone from scoring on them. Denver is a wild card here with a different O than last year but i think Griffin still has success against the KC D-Line. I think that the Chiefs win in the end but i feel that the over is a stronger play.
