YTD 1-3 -15 units (New Mexico ML pending)

For starters

Auburn-38.5 vs La-Monroe

Risk: 10 units Reward: 9.1 units

My reasons for this are very simple. We beat shitty teams and we beat them big. The score more than likely will be 35-0 by halftime. And with backup Brandon Cox coming in I love our chances for a cover. Our defense should not yield any pts unless a late td or fg is scored by the Indians. Every single matchup in this game is in Auburn's favor. I see us winning 56-0 or something like that. We are so deep at running back that our 3rd string running back Tre Smith may get 100 yards tommorrow. We have enough talent with our second team offense too put points on the board against a team like La-Monroe. I see no reason why will not cover this number. The coaches complained last year that we accomplished nothing by playing La-Monroe, well I don't see us getting any better after another ass beating. But a wins a win and hopefully the Tigers can pull off the cover as well.

Clemson-12 vs Wake Forest
Risk: 10 units Reward: 9.1 units

I see this game pretty clear as well. You have a qb in Charlie Whitehurst who is quickly becoming one of the best qbs in the ACC. With huge wins over FSU and Tennessee last year this Clemson team is going to be very tough to beat this year. They should handle a Wake Forest team that does not have the talent to hang with the high-power attack of the Clemson Tigers. I am weary of the back door cover but I just believe Clemson will be able to shut down Wake Forest and cover the spread by a touchdown or so.

Adding 10 more units on Auburn!

Adding

LSU-18 vs. Oregon State
Risk: 10 units Reward: 9.09 units

This years LSU defense is not going to miss a beat. With Marcus Spears anchoring the line there will be no worries against the Beavers. Yes OSU may play the tigers close for a half, but I see the Bayou Bengals whooping dat Beaver ass in the second half. Everything about this defense is shut down. Corey Webster is a future pro and Nick Saban is just a damn good coach. This maybe an Sec bias pick, but GD can Saban field a good team. LSU is scary this year.? perhaps.

UCLA-1 vs Oklahoma St.
Risk: 10 units Reward: 9.09 units

Going to back the Bruins in this game assuming they come ready for the season opener. Yes they have tailed off in recent years but I truly believe the talent is still there in LA. I see no reason why the Bruins shouldn't be able to pull off a season opening win at home.
