I have a play on just the side for this game.

Dallas -3.5 (-111)

Having finally gotten around to capping this game I've finally figured out why the line moved from -3 to -3.5 with the public hammering Tennessee.

Taken directly from the Titans Head Coach:
"We've kind of changed our philosophy," Fisher said. "The concern is if you don't play a lot of people in the last preseason game, there's too much time. There's two weeks. You play a lot in the third [game] and then you have almost a week off. What we want to do is we want to carry momentum. So I would like to see us play the starters much more in the Friday game against Green Bay."The Titans starters will play somewhere around 20-25 snaps, where as Dallas plans on playing their starters well into the 3rd quarter. This will be Dallas' dress rehearsal for the regular season, where as the Titans will wait until their final pre-season game to treat it as their dress rehearsal. Also, this is Dallas' first home game of the pre-season, and there are battles at positions such as cornerback and center that will help to further fuel Dallas' motivation.

I see no reason to mess with the O/U here.

I would have played this if i could have gotten Dallas at -3 or less, but with the line up to -5 now, i just can't do it. Hard to envision Dallas laying a whoopin on Tennessee on MNF, even if it is preseason....although I do agree with the play and your reasoning.
