There is two types of SLEEP which we have every night.. One of them is DEEP one and the other is LIGHT one. First we have the DEEP one and then we have LIGHT one..

DEEP one for pyhsical (for body)
LIGHT one for pyschologic

Deep one must be taken at least 4 hours. It may change according to the calories you spend in the day.

Light one must be taken at least 1 hour a day.

So a normal human without any exercises needs 5 hours a day. But you sleep 8 hours??!! Yeah.. Right.. Most of us do this.. Because we do it. We want to sleep so much.

First you get DEEP and then the LIGHT one.. Think about it.. It is hard to wake you up if you ve been sleeping for 1-2 hours.. And It is easier to wake you up if you ve been sleeping for 5-6 hours.

Thieves usually enters the houses when it is 3:00 am- 4:00 am.. Why?? Coz people had slept 2-3 hours ago!!! So the home hosts are in their deepest sleep.

If you want to have 5 hours a day, let me tell you the best time zones...

00:00 - 04:00 is the best time of sleep
04:00 - 08:00 good time but it is less then the one above.
08:00 - 12:00 notr sleep. It is the same if you dont do it
12:00 - 13:30 is the best time of sleep. Maybe you know.. Successfull persons sleep in this period. Clinton, Demirel (our prior president) and so on... sleeps this time zone.. Try it.
13:30 - 17:00 It is notr sleep
17:00 - 19:00 Never ever sleep this time.. I mean when the sun downing. You got it.. Even Quran writes it. And says "If you sleep when the sun downs, you are respoýnsible if you lose your mind after waking up". I am sure it is written.
19:00 - 24:00 is a good time for sleeping but it has less strength then the best time zones..

Hmm.. Meybe it looks stupid but it is true. Your sleeping behaviour is 100% based on the movement of the sun..

Never ever sleep after you wake up in the mornings.. You know.. The clock rings and you turn it off and then go on sleeping.. Never do it.. It is better to wake up..

For example I used to sleep 4 hours a day and never feel that I was tired. Coz I made exercises and then found 4 hours is enough for me. I have a teacher and she sleeps 2 hours a day and still complaining that she has no enough time..:D

Try to sleep in the same time zones.. I mean.. Try to START SLEEPING in the same time every day.. And you will see that your sleeping limit will decrease.. It is the same with eating.. When a man eats in different times, he always get weight.. You got it?!?!

And.. Last thing to say.. SLEEPING and SEX is controlled by Hipotalamus (I dont know the exact name in English).. So that, you can control it in one month. I mean you can control it.. Hipotalamus can make its job faster if you want. But need some time.. 1-2 month. When I have finals, I start sleeping 4 hour a day one month ago. So when the finals come, I study more.. Anyway...

For your question.. Yessss.. You think that you dont spend calories but you do it. When you are in front of computer you spend more calories than the time you play basketball.. Believe or not believe. This is true. A man who works with his mind spends more CALORIES than the man who works with his body.
