Early game play:

Oakland/Detroit under 9 -120 1 unit

I'm not normally a totals player, but after looking at the numbers for this matchup, this one really stood out.

Under is 8-2 in Redman's last 10. Ledezma (as far as i can tell) has 2 starts this year and both have gone under. The Coliseum is a nice pitchers park with alot of foul ground. I was hoping for an "under" ump in this one too, in which case i may have even gone with 2 units.....but in fact the home plate ump this afternoon will be Ed Rapuano, who is exactly 50% O/U on the season. His last 2 games have been OVERS though, so i'm thinking he will possibly switch back to an UNDER today.

If the chalk was less, i would have played Oakland ML also, but i can't see any value in paying -165 for Redman.

I'd be willing to bet i'm down AT LEAST 30 or 40 units on totals this year. Wish i woulda kept track of em separately.

This one looked good to me, but it's a perfect example why i HATE em.

Looking on the bright side, it seems losing -120 on the total was better than losing -165 on Oakland.
