TY for the welcome, Nick. Let me get this out of the way and not bore you guys the rest of the year. Myself, and 4 other retirees been capping about 25 years. We meet ate the bar on Tuesdays(hopefully payday) and on Saturday morning to arrive at our picks. We have been fortunate to have the Books pay our bar tabs, and fill our gas tanks, and have a little left for Christmass presents. We just like the Action! I hope our teams will be beneficial to you and maybe I can join the ranks of the fine cappers in this forum. So, no more BS from me, just the record and the teams. Thank you for allowing me to share my thoughts for the coming season with you and let's hope we all profit. The first 3 weeks are touchy, but then we should be able to do ok. Its fellas like you that make these boards a pleasure to share info at. No B.S. from you; you tell us you are a retired gent and that you and the boyz put your heads together and find some winners. You also don't try and insult us with boasts of betting 10 dimes a game, which only makes us LOL at the young punks that think that we might be naive enough to believe the crap they are spreading.
Ohio, huh? A buckeye fan then? An Iowa Hawkeye here. We get the Bucs here in Iowa City on Oct 16th. By then we should have jelled nicely and will be ready to send your boys home with a painfull loss.....:thumbs:

it's all about picking winners
one thing on the 1st 3 weeks
i usually do good on the local parlay cards
they make alot of mistakes when they come out early in the week
for the 1st 3 weeks
the lines change quickly and by friday or saturday morning
you can find some big point differences from the card and the real spread

hey! I am not sure how to do this, but: Notredame is our team, BUT, because of players and coach, we now defer to the Buckeyes? Yep, I see a baad game for Penn St. vs Buckeyes, but maybe good with the line! Was in through New Philly last week to Wheeling and it is beautifull!! I am from Cleveland.
