Jerry Kelly to win 25/1 e.w. available generally
Siding with the player who has the longest run of cuts made on Tour with the sole exception of Tiger Woods. Playing in his home State of Wisconsin and having not been in contention last week, he should be motivated for a strong showing this week. He has finished in the top-3 on two occasions in the last nine years, so he does know how to shoot low around Brown Deer Park.
Jeff Sluman to win 33/1 e.w. available generally
Sluman certainly knows how to shoot low around this course. He won in 1998 with a 72-hole total of 265 and in 2002 with a total of 261, which is only one off the tournament record held by Loren Roberts (2000). His form has been god recently with an 8th place finish in his last start, the John Deere Classic two weeks ago, and he has ranked in the top-10 in greens in regulation in his last two starts. Not a likely winner, but his course history cannot be ignored.
Bo Van Pelt to win 40/1 e.w. available generally
Van Pelt's history is much more average, a best-finish of 27th from two attempts, but it is better than first appears. In 2002, he shot 64-68 to lie 5th at cut and just two shots behind Sluman. However he then shot 78 in the 3rd round to fall 67 places on the leaderboard before shooting 63 in the final round to finish 27th. But for one round, he had an excellent time around this course. In excellent form with three top-10 finishes in his last six starts, this should be a week where he puts that 3rd round in 2002 firmly behind him.
