About Oakland...

Sabathia has been NOT GOOD lately after a hot start. Cleveland doesn't hit lefties too good, and facing Mulder probably won't help that much. The concern with Oakland is their crappy bullpen, but Mulder is pretty efficient and goes deep into most of his games, so that shouldn't be a big concern (hopefully). My opinion on the Tribe is that they were overachieving club in the beginning of the season, but they're coming down to earth a little now.

Chavez is also back in the line up now, so that doesn't hurt matters any either for Oakland today.

Beware of Montreal today, Kip Wells has gotten really lucky in his last few starts that he hasn't been absolutely rocked. His stuff didn't look good at all. Montreal may just get to him a little. Although Rocky Biddle sucks and Pittsburgh could score a pile off of him and it won't matter if Wells gives up a few.

Hope you guys hit with Pittsburgh, but that's why avoided it.

rubee, I have too bro, I won the 1st 3 games today and I look as tho I may split the last 4 wagers for another 5-2 night. That will make it 10-4 in 2 night, way better than I was doing capping stats, they were just not working. I wish I had found this sooner before I lost all that money. I'm glad this strategy is working, and i hope it continues doing great..

but..

The line movement has something to do with the teams/stats/players/pitchers/situations/team momentums etc in the first place.

Sometimes it's a matter of digging thru and eliminating stats that are "false" in a way...

So what if pitcher "X" has a lifetime record of 3-0 and a 1.12 ERA against a certain team if that team was slumping, not good, or had poor players at that time. So what if a team won 4 straight if it was against the Expos....or lost 3 straight to the Yankees.

Plus, everyone knows anything can happen in sports, and sometimes things just don't add up to what you think they should.

Money management is still, and always will be the key to winning. I can go 2-4 today and lose 0.6 units. Big deal. If i'm lucky enough to go 3-3, i'll still win around 2 units. Yesterday i shoulda gone 4-0, and ended up 1-2-1 because of late inning stupidity. I was pissed, so i just layed off the late games instead of making clouded decisions out of anger and more than likely losing more.

Sometimes it's just not your day, or week...lol

Stif, Thats the GREAT thing about this, I don't have to knock my brains out day after day and pick the losers trying to sort thru tons of stats. I did make a mistake tonight with the Pittsburgh game and it won't happen again. When the bettors jump on a team and move the ML as much as they moved it on Pitt, I was suposed to play the opposite way. My mistake, but as it's going right now I did save 3.10* on the game by betting the RL!!!! I'll take 6-1 on any given day and I have 1 more game going off in about 50 minutes that still could be another play!!!

I know what you're saying Nick...and it's awesome that you noticed how the lines are moving in comparison to winners and losers, and that the line movement plays are hitting for you.

I also use line movement when making final decisions on my plays, but not exactly in the same way you are using it....which is why i end up posting my plays really late sometimes....but it's been working for me too. I've been using it more to try and eliminate losers than to pick winners though.

I had a weird feeling about Montreal today. Game didn't play out exactly how i thought it would, but it seems Montreal should get the win and that's what is important, but i'll be damned if i was putting money on Rocky Biddle, LOL, so i stayed away!

That line system does seem to work if you are playing online, but with local books they are handling less money and can manipulate the lines the way they want. My main book has no logical movement pattern at all. He will move to the winner a few days and then reverse. Online it does seem to work. I won a good bit of money on 2nd halfs during BB doing the same thing you are doing Quick. Sharp money is going to hold out till the last minute for a reason. I sat and watched a halftime line move 5 or 6 times in a 15 minute period. Wait till the end, then play.

Tired, It's not that easy bro, I have so many rules to follow it is hard to explain and it is hell when you have 5 minutes to make a wager, Post it in UC, post in a contest and keep everything straight!!! I went 7-1 today and to be honest, I made a mistake on the Pittsburgh game and should have made a play on Montreal and I would have been 8-0 on the day. I'll stick with it and get it going in the right direction!!!
