Football season is getting closer:thumbs: What publications to you consider must reads to start the season. I like the Phil Steele preview, any other's I should consider? What is the best for the NFL?

How are your Huskers going to be this year?? It'll be interesting, and funny to see them throwing the pigskin around!! How do you think they will do against Tech this year?

Also, what's the over/under on Callahan's tenure??

Jerbeek, I go to Books a Million and in the section I find Phil there are a couple of other good ones. Dont waste you money on Jim F's your just paying for ads. LOL But of all I've bought Phil's is the best.

Bugs, good question about the Huskers. I think they will struggle a bit this year but the schedule is not too bad so I am hoping for an 8-3 or 7-4 record. I think we will beat Tech because I think we will still be much more physical than the Red Raiders, that should be quite a shootout (hard to say coming from a hard core Nebraska option fan - LOL). As for Callahan, I am very optimistic as he seems to be going after better players. Many people did not agree with letting Solich go since we had a better season last year but the talent level has been going down for several years and if he would have remained I believe that we would have been in a lot of trouble in a few years.
