At least in the US. We only get 5 games for free on FoxSportsWorld. Today is one of those games. Italy vs Denmark will be on FSW at 12:00 (LIVE).
I took this off another site on the US and Canada schedules.

US:
Setanta Sport holds exclusive US TV distribution rights
in all languages.
All 31 matches will be available
via residential pay-per-view (DirecTV, DISH Network, Globecast,
iNDemand, TVN) and closed-circuit TV.
Residential pay-per-view will cost $179 for all matches,
or $19.95 for each 1st round match,
and $24.95 for each quarterfinal, semifinal, or final match.
(4 1st round matches will air via 2-hour tape-delay on iNDemand PPV
at 5pm ET/2pm PT: Russia vs Greece, Switzerland vs France,
Denmark vs Sweden, Netherlands vs Latvia)
Setanta Sport will also offer the telecasts at selected
pubs for $20 per person per day.
FOX Sports World (US) and FOX Sports en Espanol
will air 5 first-round matches live (Denmark vs Italy, Croatia vs
France,
Italy vs Sweden, Switzerland vs France, Denmark vs Sweden),
all 4 quarterfinals and both semifinals via 5-day delay, and the
final
via 3-day delay.
All games starting at 2:45pm ET will have a pre-game show at 2:30pm
ET.
Canada:
All 31 matches will air (in English) LIVE or via same-day delay on
either TSN (23 matches live) or FOX Sports World Canada
(7 matches live, 1 match via 2-hour delay).
(The following matches will air live or via 2-hour delay
on FOX Sports World Canada: Switzerland vs Croatia, England vs
Switzerland,
Croatia vs France, Bulgaria vs Denmark, Latvia vs Germany,
Netherlands vs Czech Republic, Spain vs Portugal, Russia vs Greece

TLN will air 14 matches in Canada with Italian, Spanish,
