YTD 147-150-6 (-6.28 units)
Baltimore -139
Doubt the D'Backs can make it 3 straight. Webb has looked like poop this year for the most part. Baltimore should score plenty off him. Last night's game may have been a little misleading for the D'Back offense as well, as dough boy Ponson has been giving up runs to everyone lately.
Padres +127
I keep hearing people talk about how crappy Lawrence is, yet he keeps making me $$$. I'll go ahead and play him again tonight till he stops cashing in.
Boston/SD under 10.5 -110
A fall back play if San Diego offense gets shut down tonight, and i'm trusting you Dave that you have a winner tonight! :prtytme:
Twins -127
Not bad value for the Twins at home, against a team that doesn't hit very well against lefties.

adding:
2 team parlay.
SF -200
Anaheim -175 1 unit pays 1.35 units
Gonna count this parlay in my record as ONE play, win or lose. i played it this way because i think both of these teams will win, but didn't wanna lay the chalk for either one. If i'd play both of these plays straight, and go 1-1, i'd still be behind about 1 unit, same as if i lost the parlay, The payout is a little smaller if they both win, but this way the chalk is WAY less and i can't lose almost 4 units if they both lose. Seemed like the thing to do.

GL stif- they all look great except for maybe SF-only two dogs won yesterday so I look for a big dog bounceback. Saying that my formula indicates that either the DRays or Rockies win tonight. LOL-my formula. Anyway I really do think one of those two wins tonight and since Colorado is in a freefall and the Rays are at home, Rays win. GL to you tonight all the same. Hope there all winners for you.

That's why i did the parlay Ute, cause losing the parlay is really no different than going 1-1 on two straight bets money wise in this situation, and you never know with baseball.
I also figured it this way...
If SF wins, i get a shot at anaheim at +135 tonight. If SF loses, i only lose 1 unit instead of 2 right off the bat, and i can still play Anaheim on the ML and try to break even with the unit i lost on the parlay if i want to. Either way i can't lose 2 units on SF, and that's what i was trying to avoid.
dave needs a winner?

Thanks for the GL wishes guys. I really need some strong days to get back to where i was before last week's disaster!
Bunch of close ones going on for me right now that could still go either way.
Adding:
Reds +128
Just a nice value play for me here. Reds are due for a win, and the have a much better pitcher on the mound tonight. I've been waiting to take Cincy as a dog in this series, and i think tonight is the night. Um, i hope anyway :beer2:

The inability of Pedro Feliz to catch a foul pop up that would have ended the 8th inning scoreless, has now cost me 3 runs. Way to go man :puke:
That makes my final play
Angels RL +120

Yeah, i think they'll come out swinging tonight after their awesome offensive performances the last 2 games. Can't see them losing 5 straight either.

Stifler's Mom
06-09-2004, 10:24 PM
These fucking late games are killing me man.
Anaheim gives up 3 in the first...
Oakland has bases loaded, nobody out in the first.
These guys better pick it up
:bang: :bang: :bang: :bang:
Line movement shows the plays to be Anaheim and Cincinnati.
Oakland scores just 1 run in the first.
Line movement also shows Houston to be the play... so, naturally, guess who's on Seattle? :beer2:

I'll be happy with just one of those, Anaheim or Cincinnati.

Cincinnati looks like they're gonna give up another 15 runs tonight :puke:
Cincinnati can't get anybody out!
Stifler's Mom
06-09-2004, 10:55 PM
ok felipe, lets get feliz the hell away from playing 1st. A good 1st baseman woulda had that game winner for a ground out.
Looks like i'm ok till 10:00 EST and then everything goes :flush:
:beer2:
Seattle, Cincinnati, and Atlanta are all losing at the moment.
Stifler's Mom

These teams suck. They're ruining my night. I think i need to go out for a beer, lol :gulp:
This could easily be a 1-4 night. :puke:
dave needs a winner?

Stifler before you cut out for your brew, The Bosox game just restarted!!!
Usually nt a good sign for me. The pitchers that come in usually kill me. Most of the time they go over!!! Hate that!!!:bang:

Just got back....had a few brews. I see the bosox game did restart, but this is good because San Diego gets the win AND the total stays under :yeah:
Cincinnati and Anaheim, not so good...but...
4-3 today for +1.27 units so i'll take that.
YTD goes to 151-153-6 (-5.01 units)
Slowly making some progress...
:gulp:

Stifler's mom I been reading your post when I have the time to go over the forum threads! I have noticed your insights to the games have been pretty interesting. Last week you said you couldn't wait until Football. It looks to me like your pretty soild of a capper and will be sticking around! I was hoping we could bury the hatchet between us and smoke a peace pipe or something!!!
I'm looking forward to the NFL season and hopefully we can both learn a thing or two from each others capping style!
Peace
