The Palm Beach Post is reporting that Miami Dolphins running back Ricky Williams tested positive for marijuana use and faces a fine of at least $650,000 and a four-game suspension for violating the NFL's substance-abuse policy a second time.

WOW, I loved the dolphins coming into this season. I was riding really high on them thinking that they would be the team to beat, and now that really screws taht up. What a shock.
