SO the giants have Eli, jesse Palmer, and possibly Kurt Warner. They have also signed Jared Lorenzen, but he wont be the started at the beginning of the season. Basically this quarterback position for the Giants is such a mess. THe team has 3 possible players who can start for this team. I think that they should just have Eli start. He wanted the job and he made that clear. Lets see if he can handle it. I know that people like to put a veteran in there for a year so the rookie can learn. I dont feel that a new veteran to a new situation will help eli any more. So who do you guys think should start for this team?
A veteran with success with only 1 team?
A possible second year starter?
Or the rookie with all the potential in the world?
And to add on to this, Why would the Giants sign Lorenzen in the first place?

J-Load i think is a good guy to have available because when the starter goes down because the O-Line cant block, this guy wont get hurt because he is as big as most D-line in the league.

As for who should start?
I think that if we can get Warner, he should be the guy to take the first snap. He has a proven track record and he is the type of guy who can get the recievers the ball and win some games.
Eli would be a good fit to finish up games if the giants are up or down by more than a TD in the 4th. I think that this will give him some experiance as an NFL QB without the pressure of starting and having to win games untill at least halfway through.

Also with a guy like Warner who knows how to make plays, the rest of the team can relaz a little and utilize their talents and hopefully make a playoff run!

The Giants made a big mistake letting Collins go. Eli is gonna be a bust. They have a long season in front of them. I wouldn't be surprised if they had a QB merry-go-round all season long.

Kurt Warner is just what the Giants needed in my opinion.

I am happy to have him!
