OK guys lets do this again, know I had some from before, but what are movies you reccommend, I am going to be getting some more so let me know!!

I reccommend Identity and Matchstick Men, both very good!

My Personal favorites are Gene Hackman Movies. Seems to me he always puts 100 percent in to the person he is playing in the movie. He has shown he can be the bad guy and the good guy. I think he as been in 80+ movies over his Acting Career. If I had to pick a favorite there a too many, but Uncommon Valor would have to be at the top of the list.

I'm a big movie buff...and everybody's faves might ring the same...Godfather, Casablanca, etc.....

Here are some lesser known movies I think are classics!!!!!

1. The Doctor....William Hurt is incredible!!!
2. Amadeus
3. Tender Mercies
4. The Apostle
5. Manhunter...early version of Red Dragon!!!
6. Resurrection
7. Broadcast News
8. Awakenings
9. The Changling...scariest movie I have ever seen!!!!!!
10. The Professional....Gary Oldman at his psychotic best!!!

1. Vacation (scene's with Eddy and his family got to love it)
2. Blues Brother's (Jake and Elwood who will ever forget)
3.Great Outdoors (Chat and Roman too funny. Parts with the Raccoons)
4. Uncle Buck (How many of you was that Slob)
5. Caddy Shack (Gopher too funny + Babe Ruth Scene)
6. History of the World Part I (World's Biggest Joint. LMAO)

The Doberman Gang. Hard to find very rare. Movie about a guy who trains Doberman's to rob banks.

1.... Things To Do In Denver When You Are Dead

2.... Devils Advocate

3.... Blue Velvet

4.... Wildthings...make sure you watch thru the credits at the end

5.... Newjack City

6.... King Of New York

there are many others but I've always enjoyed the off the wall violent flicks that don't make it in big screens all over

Wizard of Oz with Pink Floyd Dark side of the moon in the background. Once I got the timing down, I have probably watched this one more than any other ten fold.

Wow Ute you hit the nail on the head with some great movies. Just not a fan of High Fidelity, I fell asleep every time i tried to watch that movie.

Yeah corey, that one may have been a reach. The book is great though! And yes-Shawshank HAS to be on the list, that damn movie moves me everytime I see it; every single time! Very inspriational and two great acting performances. Gladiator is good too.

I love these two movies..not for everyone, though!!!!

Magnolia....Tom Cruises best performance ever. When he breaks down next to his dying dad(Jason Robards)...gives me chills!!!


The Royal Tenebaums....Bill Murray at his driest...and someone earlier mentioned the brilliance of Gene Hackman...well, he shines again in this flick!!!
