I love this matchup and think these two teams are more evenly matched than most people think!
NJ NETS +6 (buy .5 pt)
I think the added rest will help the Nets!! I am also taking a small piece of the moneyline! Det is 6-14 ATS vs. teams that give up 89 pts or less; Additionally, NJ is 5-2 ATS L7 meetings.
good luck!!
Going against your hometown boys tonight... BOL with them!!

The problem is getting the rebound. Martin can't do it alone against the likes of Ben, Rasheed & Prince! Jason Collins & Jefferson will have to step it up. Collins played 30 minutes in game 2 vs. NYK and had 0 rebounds. Jefferson is a good offensive player, but isn't much of a rebounder.

Underdog-- I like the under in this one!
30-0-6 I think he didnt have any rebounds because the nets made all their shots and were all fast breaks with Martin, kidd, RJ, and Kittles.

be interesting and close. As kenny Smith noted, however, Detroit gets back on defense a lot quicker than the hapless Knicks ever could. I think Detroit pulls out a close one...Gl whatever the deal is...

What I meant was turning defensive rebounds into fast breaks. If the Nets don't do a good job on the boards against the Pistons they won't get as many fast break opportunities. No denying the Nets are one of the best, if not the best fast break teams - but turnovers into fast breaks alone won't do it for them, they're going to need to step in up on the boards.

This Nets game will be exactly like the lakers yesterday. They both (N.J & L.A) suck on the road and happen to be playing against a powerhouse at home. Take Detroit. They win this one by D.D!!!!!!!!!!

often times, when there's a consensus pick on these boards (Detroit tonight), the consensus loses. I like the 5.5, but I have a feeling it'll be jacked up to 6 before game time so I'll wait.
