I joined last night because VIP.com is having problems accepting my credit card these days. They're parlay odds are the best that I have seen so far.

Well of coarse they take my deposit easily (10% bonus only).

For some reason after I deposited, it doesn't say the money is in my account balance. Nevertheless, I put in my small parlay and it goes through. Then I put in a $25 bet on Cleveland first quarter last night for kicks, it wins.

Credit Balance 0 after the first quarter
still at halftime
still after the game

I check with the liveperson at 6 am and she says that she'll notify the grading department so it can be done right away.

Check with the liveperson at 11 am and still no money in the account. It's funny. It says the score was 29-28 cleveland, like it was, but the bet still says pending.

all i know is I'm never depositing with them again.

Absolutely no lines until noon. Don't they realize some of us have to work?

been with them for 7 years, and though the lines are posted a little later than most, I'm on the west coast, so that's not an issue for me. I've never had a problem. In fact, I was sent a couple of bottles of "good" wine for Christmas from them.

Call them on the phone, they have a "doctor" that can fix things up. 1-800-300-2387 and hit option 1. Ask for George, his extension is 6804.

occasionally, they are delayed in crediting an account with a wager won.

Its not the norm though. It usually runs very smoothly and the live help feature on the website should normally resolve any problems pretty quickly.

Hey I liked that wine. I like sportsbook too. Just got another check from them the other day free of charge. As for this thread starter, sucks to hear you're having those problems with them.

I get a KILLER duffel bag from them once every few years too. Great bags!

but the coolest gift was a few years ago when they sent me a video game and a note saying, "Now that Football is over, here's something to keep your TV occupied" Obviously Sportsbook.com feels the same way about the NBA as I do...not worth watching!!

I've been with Sportsbook for about 4 years now. I got a nice poker chip set with cards, and I also got the bottles of wine for Christmas.

I've had no complaints with them so far, they're limited as far as bets that they offer compared to other books, but they've always been reliable to me.
