Valentines day blows, lol

I played these games so far, in fear of these lines possibly moving against me.

I think Ole Miss will hit at least -4 (and more if G Davis can't go for some reason), and BC at least -3 till game time....and Bill & Mary has already dropped to +6 at most books, although I think that one will stay pretty steady in the +6 area.

But then again, who knows.

Will post the rest as I play em. Just trying to get the best lines that I can. Way too many NCAA Hoops games have fallen close to the line lately to get shitty lines.

Tell me about it. I cashed Canisius last night at +2, which opened at a pk, and I would have lost had I taken it early. Worked out pretty nice though, as I saw a bunch of others here on Niagra at a pick em :thumbs:

I seriously think that if you get the best of the line (which isn't always easy to judge which way it'll go), that it will make a huge difference in your record over the course of a season.

Stiff and UDogg....I read your posts and I just wanted to say that I also like DePaul -2.5. I could be attending that game and at Depaul they might have a chance to make the tournament if they can winout. Honestly if you look at these two teams talent wise...DePaul might be the better team. Chandler and Mejia are very good but there outside shooting has been very poor all season. They really need to use there athleticsm to get some buckets. If DePaul wins out they can get to 19 wins which isn't bad and they definitley have a chance to do that if they win tonight. They have an outside chance to make the tournament if they can win this game and win out and make the tournament. I do not go to DePaul just live by the area. On the other hand Marquette has been ice cold as Dominic James has struggled severely. Clearly right now Georgetown is the best team in the Big East. Im on a very good run in CBB and NBA 33-9 total. Some other CBB games I like tonight are Tulsa +11, Maryland -2.5, Minnesota +10.5, Miss -3. The barn is a tough place to play and I watched Wisconsin's game against Iowa at home the other night. They slept through the first half and if they do that again tonight they could be down by 5 at half which would be too much for them to win that game by 11 in the 2nd half. NC State has been terrible all year and they beat UNC and the spreads are back to normal like they have been playing good all year? They almost lost to ECU at home and most recently lost at Miami by 15. They are 13-10 on the year and Maryland comes in after a possible tournament saving win against Duke....They need this game. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Played Depaul at -2, and added it up top. I'll edit the games in at the top as I play em, as long as none have started yet. Just makes it easier to find em IMO.

Bill & Mary moved down to +5.5 at CRIS....a very sharp book. It's still +6 at the other places I track though. Not sure if it'll go back to +6.5 or not. I'm don't know which book you use though, so if it's one that takes all public action (like bodog or SIA), it might because the public is still hitting Drexel pretty hard (73%)

stif what is a good site to use for trends if you think sportsbook.com shows more public action....which is more true to what it really is?

Yea, just took it at 6...Really dont think I am gonna get the extra .5 point...If it ends up as a 6-pt win for Drexel, its like a no play for me. Lets nail it:thumbs:

Sportsbook.com is ok, but from what I've seen, it just shows a bit more of the public on alot of the sides than what I see....which just means it's more of a public book than some of the others I guess.

Good place to get a true public opinion though.

I use sports insights. They use the average of a few books, and you can get an account for free if all you want to see is the lines and the public percentage on sides.

Trying to find out why you guys on this game. Seems like Drexel should cover this. Drexel destroyed delware, a team that beat Will and Mary, so I am just trying to figure out why you guys are for Will and Mary. I also like Ohio State tonight.
