UAB continued their horrible play and the total missed by just 6. That was hard to watch.

if GaTech covers 1.5 I'll get $863 which is $80 more than what i started with.
if UConn covers I'll get $656 which is $120 less than what i started with. Had i not "bought back" and UConn covered I would have lost $440.

i obviously liked the Tech play but not so much that I lay 60% of my bankroll on 'em so I pussed out and took the safer path.

Having to win the game by 10 and being up just 10 with 30 secs left made me feel easier that i made that buy back. Even though I would have won the original flub play imo it wasnt worth the risk.
I have not had to deposit funds into my acct for almost two years by sticking to the "no play more than 5% of your bankroll" rule and have enjoyed withdrawing cash many times here and there.
I dont gamble so much trying to get the big wins but rather for (hopefully) an overall accumulations of more modest wins which is why all my plays consist of predominately 1 or 2 unit plays.
There isnt a play alive that i would ever put 60% of my bankroll on (or in this case 10 units). Never.
Fast and furious can get you up quickly but conversely it can take you down just as fast. Over the years i have found ,for me at least, that slow and steady wins over the long haul.
And considering i won twice of the intended play i originally meant to make all things considered everything turned out o.k.
Between yesterday in which i started the day 1-6 (but finished up with a 6-2 run) and todays wagering gaff I guess I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue.
1-0 so far on the day.
