Prepaid Debit cards

Has anyone had any positive or negative results using prepaid debit cards from the local supermarket or Walmart for online transactions?

Tried it just to see if it would work. Bought a $100 debit MasterCard and it was declined at linesmaker.com, nine.com, and sportsbook.com.

On top of that, every time it was declined, $1.75 was deducted from the balance.

If anyone has had positive results, please let me know. I'm going to take it to an ATM to recoup what I can.
