I am pretty much at the point where i am done with this stuff due to what has transpired, but i did want to ask a question of everyone.

Playersonly only takes CC deposits and pays by check (as does sportsbook.com which is what my aces.com account became). Every CC i have won't work there as they are considered hostile banks and the CC companies won't fund gambling. So i have no way of depositing there anymore....basically they are worthless books to me at this point.

The Greek takes CC's but none of mine work there either. They have closed up all the bank transfer options and the only one i see that may be a possibility is "Firepay". which brings me to my question:

Does anyone know how i get a new avatar...........

not....

Has anyone ever used Firepay? What all information do you have to give them? I am not giving out my D/L#, SS# and all that stuff. Not worth it. Is firepay a good option?

Also, are there any other books that have an easy method of deposit. 5dimes is quite frankly a pain in the ass to deposit with, IMO. Anyone try this new ATM card with BetJamaica?

thanks for the input because at this point i am about to say it isn't worth the hassle. FF

ive used firepay, the fees drove me to find sportsbooks that use neteller.

but firepay is fast, but yes they do want drivers license, i forgot if SS, but im sure not because i wouldnt have done it.

only thing is I thought firepay was in the same boat as neteller? sunk and done?

dunno FF!

Q- i was kind of wondering the same thing about firepay being done, but it looked like it was still an option at the greek. i dunno either at this point. thanks for the heads up on the fees, as well...didn't see that part of it...really sucks when i could move money 2 weeks ago via checking account and it would show up in my account in 48 hours and immediately if i transferred it to the book directly.

I used FirePay for poker all the time and never experienced any trouble with them. I don't know if you can use FirePay to fund a sportsbook now though after the new law???

I won a poker tourney and cashed it out through FirePay and experienced no problems whatsoever. I have withdrawn and deposited using them on more than one occasion. I think they charge $3.99 or 4.99 per deposit and nothing to withdraw, but I haven't done it in awhile so I could be mistaken.

Also, if you want an avatar....

Hahaha, that was without a doubt the funniest thing I've read in my time here. All serious and then that...

Comedic timing is EVERYTHING... Good work FF!

PS I imagine the same thing will happen with FirePay as with all the others if it hasn't already, and in fact, I just logged into my poker account and FirePay is not listed as an option anymore at either of my "casinos".

FF-

To get a new avatar you have to have at least 100 posts (and no stupid posts like yours, you have to have 100 quality posts. You need about 99 more).

horfin- thanks.......i figured i still had a hundred to go, so it's nice to see youve counted one so far.......i really worry about that list along with Kevin's warning. Only sportsbook.com i have heard of and my CC's don't work there....already tried.

that Betus looks OK, but they look like the kind of book that would fold up shop on a moment's notice...

Yeah, I hate those slimy b*tches, but it's pretty slim pickins at this point and they aren't the kind to F you out of money that is left on your account. I have to say, they are some of the best at processing your deposits quickly and they will answer any e-mail within 15 minutes, in detail, even if it is to tell you they stack the deck against you, LMAO. If you can find another place, I'd do it, but with the way things are going, they may be the best one left for us US of A'ers.

I thought Firepay stoppped serving US customers a longggg time ago. $4 a deposit is fucking highway robbery though seriously. I did that hoping it would stop me from depositing $25 at a time if I realized it cost me $4 each time. Well all it caused me was to pay $10-12 for every 100 I deposited.

Anyways, After 5 dimes basically made it impossible to get money in, I decided to go to the book I was using last year. VIP sports has a pretty good book. Lines on most games, halftimes on most as well. Little disappointed that I couldn't play the 2nd half gonzaga tonight, but happy I didn't cuz I woulda lost.

Their payouts were pretty fast too. Would get em in about 2-3 days with e-checks last year. Last week I just stopped to check to see if they'd accept my check card, and voilla it worked.

There is no CC withdrawl though, so I requested an e-check payout this morning. I'll keep you updated on how it goes. Hopefully it's only illegal to deposit money and not withdraw it.

wow, check out this disclaimer, what a blower.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to a ruling by VISA, from December 30 2003 we will no longer be able to refund deposits made using a Visa. All payments made to you will be by another method of your choice (see withdrawals page for details). In order to receive a payout, should you have deposited by credit or debit card, you will be required to fill out a Credit Card Authorization Form verifying the original charges before any payments will be processed, plus you will be required to provide copies of the card(s) used, and a further proof of ID. Once this information is received, your request will be processed immediately. Please contact VIP.com to request this form, or for any questions about your withdrawal.

Maximum Deposit for New Accounts: USD $1,000 per 24 HRS if you have been an active member for 60 days or less. If you require higher limits please email us stating your account ID and the amount you wish to deposit and we will let you know if it's possible and what you need to provide for us.

All first time credit card depositors will be subject to a twenty one day waiting period before they are eligible for a cashout/withdrawal. Once this initial period has expired, this restriction will be removed for the duration of your account.
VIP.com reserves the right to request official identification of the member, and/or proof of the authenticity of any credit cards used for transactions with our company.

In order to have your deposit limits increased, please provide us with a copy of both sides of the card you intend to use to make your deposit, and a form of a further proof of ID (IE a driver's license) verifying the signature on the card and the address we have for on file for your account

I just started depositing on Sunday, which means I have to wait 16 more days before I can even be considered a cashout? That is some shit. They better not fucking run after the super bowl.

I think I'm gonna look into a Surepay card, but wonder if they charge any juice for transfers.

Why do people keep acting surprised as all these methods of funding and withdrawal are shrinking daily?

Kevin has basically said to stop putting money in offshores (especially the smaller ones) and warned that if these books take a hike that it's likely to happen post Super Bowl...
