Dear Sir,

After careful consideration, Pinnacle Sports has made the decision to voluntarily exit the U.S. market. Accordingly, as of Thursday, 11 January 2007, wagers will no longer be accepted from clients within the U.S. This decision was given much thought by the Management of Pinnacle Sports and one we do not anticipate changing.

Please be assured that all funds will be returned to our clients. You may use the Cashier of your account to process your withdrawal. Our normal policies for withdrawals will apply. Therefore you may submit an Echeck withdrawal request.

Any pending wagers in your account will be honored by Pinnacle Sports. As your wagers are graded, you may use the Cashier of your account to request any balance due.

Pinnacle Sports will continue providing our services to our non-US based clients.

We sincerely appreciate your support of our site and apologize in advance for any slight delays you may encounter as we exit our US clients.

Regards,

Customer Service Department
Pinnacle Sports

Mr - Let UC be the referral. If you'd like to see this site stay around they need the referral to work strictly from here.

Fucking lame.

Let me tell ya, I love living in what is basically becoming a communist society, that doesn't even allow me to do with what I choose (which would in this case be gamble) with MY OWN money.

Paying $2.50 to $3.00 for a gallon of gas kicks ass too by the way :puke:

By the way, I bet we're the only country in the world (USA) that has regulations against this, yet we're supposed to be the "land of the free".

Yea right. Doesn't anyone see a major problem and contradiction with that?

This is bullshit....another reason I hate Vegas and I hate politicians. Vegas pays these a holes under the table to pass this law. It's not like Vegas needs more money, f'n assholes.

Is my government telling me how to use my money and where? How long before all our emails are taxed, or some more bogus shit like that. Stiff- this is total hipocrasy. But then again, this country is the king of that. This is a big problem, other sportsbooks located offshores are going to close the market to other US people sooner or later.

Bullshit

This whole f'n ordeal is fk'd up, if I can borrow some words from the honorable Yomonte there.

These gov't assholes want to control every aspect of our lives and tell us what is right and wrong. Like Stiff said, Land of the Free my a$$! Just because they aren't getting a piece of the pie they start to go after the little guys. The money isn't taxable when it's wagered offshore and sent through bank wires, so they get angry. Like they don't take enough money from us already. Half our paychecks, 6 cents on every dollar we spend(in PA), heck it's not even worth getting married anymore because they tax your ass to do that too! The law was slid in with a transportation bill or something along those lines, which is fk'd up to begin with. They knew they'd never get the proper amount of votes otherwise, so the snakes did it the way they do everything.

We're the only country with a 21 year old drinking age and a restriction on gambling. How F'd up is that?

Throw in a stupid ass War on Drugs, and you got the trifecta. However, I have to object to one point you made: marriage oughta be taxed, hell it oughta be downright illegal.:gulp:
